Liquidation & Wholesale Sales Policy
1. General Policy
All liquidation, wholesale, pallet, truckload, and individual item sales are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing. Products are sourced from overstock, shelf pulls, customer returns, open-box inventories, excess inventories, closeouts, and liquidation channels from various suppliers and retailers.
Inventory conditions may vary from brand new to used condition depending on the lot purchased.
By purchasing from us, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Inventory Categories
Our inventories are generally offered in two categories:
A. Manifested Inventory
Manifested inventory includes a provided list or summary of products. The manifest may contain:

Manifests are provided for reference purposes only and may contain inaccuracies, shortages, substitutions, or estimation errors from suppliers.
We do not guarantee:

- Product functionality
- Completeness of manifests
B. Non-Manifested Inventory
Non-manifested inventory is sold without a detailed itemized list. Buyers purchase these loads based on:

- Estimated volume or pallet count
Non-manifested inventories may contain:
- Mixed products
- Unsorted items
- Salvage items
