Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order or pickup date, provided the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging where applicable. To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order number and reason for return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Certain items, including clearance, final sale, customized, or pallet / bulk liquidation products, may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.
