At One Box Deals, we aim to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Order Cancellation Window
Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or by contacting our customer service team with your order number.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed, prepared for pickup, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return Policy for further options.
Pickup Orders
For orders selected as local pickup, cancellations must be made before receiving a pickup confirmation. After confirmation, the order is considered ready and cannot be canceled.
Custom or Bulk Orders
Any custom orders, pallet sales, bundles, or bulk purchases are final sale and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible timeframe, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
