1. Local Pickup

Customers may choose local pickup at checkout. Pickup is available at:

  • Orders are typically ready within 1 business days after confirmation.

  • Customers will receive a notification once the order is ready for pickup.

  • Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when picking up your order.

  • Pickup must be completed within 5 business days after notification unless otherwise arranged.

2. Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within select areas in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance and order size.

  • Delivery is typically completed within 1–3 business days after order processing.

  • Customers will be contacted to schedule a suitable delivery time.

  • Someone must be available to receive the order at the provided address.

  • Additional fees may apply for missed deliveries or special handling requirements.

3. Shipping

We offer shipping across Canada using third-party carriers.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

  • One Box Deals is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier; however, we will assist customers in filing claims when applicable.

4. Important Notes

  • Due to the nature of our products (open-box, refurbished, and liquidation items), packaging may vary.

  • Large, heavy, or pallet orders may require special arrangements for delivery or pickup.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper access and conditions for delivery or pickup of large items.
